Javascript based PayOnPage Feature

I am looking for someone to build the javascript portion to a “PayOnPage” feature for HivePay.io.

The goal is to have merchants include a javascript link on their page and when a user submits a specified form, the HivePay interface will popup to allow the user to complete their purchase. Upon completion the user is redirected to a “thank you” or “cancel” URL specified in the form by the merchant.

I will develop the backend capabilities and functions, but I need someone who knows and understands javascript to build the front end piece that will appear to the user.
