iPhone app for Christian Start up

Hello, I am from Eternity Ready. We are a non profit / new start up. We are Christian / Family Friendly media ministry. We do not have a large budget. We do not have tons of funds. We want someone who is willing to work with us and make iPhone APP for cheap / charity. If you believe in the gospel and want to make a difference in others. Please read on if your serious.

We need a simple iPhone app for our ministry. The requirements are below:

1. Want a splash screen with our logo.
2. I want the app to have tabs at the bottom of the app. The tabs must open our web sites in the app.
3. The app could have donation option and facebook page connection.
4. The user must be able to exit the app.

This all we need. It’s simple. The app must load our web sites inside the app. Not externally.
