iOS and Android V2ray/Shadowsocks/Wireguard VPN app with Admin Panel

We are looking for an engineer to build a VPN app with V2ray, Shadowsocks, Wireguard, and OpenVPN protocol. The project should also have an Admin Panel to manage users and payments.

** Candidates must prove to have former experience with v2ray or shadowsocks protocol on iOS to be consider **
