Ionic Issues – Mobile App

Hello,

I hope someone can help with 2 ionic issues I’m currently facing.

Here are the 2 issues:

Download the apk (attached) and sign in:
username: 420portal
password: admin1212

Then:

1. Click Add Media icon on the bottom menu. Take a picture. After you take a picture, nothing happens. It should show you the picture and then allow you to add a description and tag a user and save. You should also be able to take a video and save the same way as a picture.

One programmer thinks it’s this but couldn’t solve the issue: “I think the problem is the size of the captured image and video file.”

2. Please swipe right on the screen to display the left side bar. It doesn’t open. The screen goes blank. Please correct this so you can see the side bar when you swipe your screen to the right.

Both of these 2 work on mobile phone and I hear newer androids work on app as well. I just don’t see them working on my older android. I have an old android version 6. (attached screenshot)

Please let me know if you see these 2 issues on your older android phone and can help resoved the issues.
