Call Centers with 10 agents experienced in Medicare process are required with a dialer.
The Dialer must have a DID Number to receive calls with 10 extensions for the 10 agents.
We will send the calls and you will speak to the medicare customer as per the script and at the end of the shift must email an excel sheet of the genuine interested customers only,not any fraud calls and any customers who dont sound American.
