Investment portfolio rules

Me and a couple of friends are willing to inpit 1500 aed each per month, this amount will be invested in different startup projects.
I need someone to write up all rules and regulation for people who would invest in this portfolio, for example some kind of fine if someone misses to pay in a certain month etc…

Rules are to be based on something simillar, as well as a feasibility plan for the next 3-4 years.

End product shpuld be a draft that contains the following:
1. A graph that represents the capital increase per month.
2. Rules and regulations.
3. Terms and conditions.
4. Feasibility study on whats the best approach to invest.
5. Ppt or something illustrative.

All whats mentioned above should be discussed while writing the draft with me.
