Interior Design of 2 bedroom apartment

We are looking to fully renovate our 2 bedroom apartment and looking for new design ideas of where to put furniture, TV unit, living area etc. Feel free to be as creative as you like by moving around furniture, walls, kitchen location, cabinets etc. I want it to look modern and fresh and please note this apartment is a rental for guests at our ranch (See theranchlebanon.com).
I have attached the layout and a video to give you a good idea of how it looks now. The living room space is the most tricky as it is hard to find the right place to add a TV and seating area since there is only one wall to use as the other walls all have doors in the middle to the bedrooms or the main entrance door.
