INTERACTIVE PRESENTATION – MUST BE INDESIGN, ILLUSTRATOR AND ADOBE ACROBAT EXPERT

YOU MUST READ THIS BRIEF CAREFULLY – ANYONE NOT READING THE BRIEF WILL BE IGNORED
PLEASE SEND ME A DETAILED QUOTE AS A PDF BY FRIDAY THIS WEEK

1. This is a 26 page document that will need to be put together carefully following Brand Guidelines, which will be supplied at a later date nearer the time.
2. You will be given a PowerPoint to work from
3. You will be required to do the job using Adobe Indesign (MUST BE INTERACTIVE) and all illustrations done using Adobe Illustrator. The final job will be an interactive PDF.
4. Everything must conform to the Brand Guidelines precisely. You must be adept at following Brand Guidelines
5. You must Agree NOT TO PUBLISH THIS DOCUMENT ANYWHERE ONLINE OR OTHERWISE
6. The job won’t be available until around the 27th November 2022 and must be turned around in 4/5 days without fail
7. Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount with this job.
8. You will provide the packaged InDesign files which will include all the diagrams drawn in illustrator at the end of the job.
9. Please put READ BRIEF – IN THE SUBJECT OF YOUR RESPONSE

Please give me your best price based on the document attached.
But bear in mind this is NOT the final document, but something very similar, but is accurate enough for you to quote.
Quote taking into consideration that there will be a similar amount of diagrams and it will also need to be interactive. All illustrations MUST BE DONE USING ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR and MUST conform to the Brand Style exactly. Taking into consideration the Colours, fonts, style etc.

You will also agree NOT to divulge any of the information and sign an agreement of confidentiality. This cannot be added to your Portfolio or put anywhere online. The rights to the final artwork and all illustrations must be signed over to me. It is a Legal Requirement.
