Instragram profile editing with style and good taste

I am working for a real estate company – we have a created a corporate branding and would like to have a similar insta page. I will be similar to this page: https://officialpartners.com, nice insta accounts I have included as attachments.

I am looking for a social media – Marketing specialist / graphic designer who undertstands our corporate identity and branding strategy and produces an aesthetic grid feed in Instagram with nice visual effects.

Features which should be implemented for example Puzzle grid, some text boxes in between and also it is important to make people understand what the company does (Selling real estate investments and providing analysis and data and statistics for the client) Currently the feed has only 9 grids. I

I will provide you access to lots of property folders with pictures and renderings, where you can select the nicest pictures which match the best with each other. I will also provide you with the branding guidelines fonts and colors of the company.

verything you produce, also box template and picture filter should be provided to me fully as part of this job, so that I can use it in future if I want to.

Iwould like to have a total of 36 grids additional to the 9 which are already in place. For this job only the aesthetic effect is important, not the follower or hashtags.
