Installing PHP script

The task is very simple and straight forward. It needs backend developer with experience in CodeIgniter framework. The tasks are
1-installing a redymade php script from evantomarketplace on my hosting (Bluehost) and make the site live.
1-Confegering the website to be bilanguage (Arabic +English)
