Installation of a digital market place script

I have a website script for digital products, but I’m having issues on installing it on my shared hosting plan, the script runs on Laravel framework, PHP 7.x, MYSQL 8. And also some other programming languages which I have no knowledge of. I need a good freelancer that can be able to install PHP script on composer install on cpanel hosting.
