Install Google Page Speed Module on Apache and NGINX

The module is at https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/module?hl=en-US My server is Ubuntu with a combination of Apache and NGINX. My CMS is Open Cart and the database is PHP 7.3.25 previous experience with the Page Speed Module required. Should be a registered Google Developer
