House of Marketers is the global leading TikTok Marketing agency that partners with brands to massively improve their ROI. We are looking for a freelancer Influencer Campaign Manager to be the point of contact for the client & influencers from campaign kick-off to final delivery. You will work with the top brands and TikTok influencers from all different industries (lifestyle, tech, beauty, fashion, retail…), overseeing the optimal matchmaking between them.
What you will do:
Manage end-to-end operations of the campaign
Select the influencers and reaching out to them
Negotiate with influencers
Write detailed briefs that combine the message the client wants to deliver with the best creative strategy for TikTok, including guidelines to ensure most engaging content creation
Review the influencer content to ensure it is in line with the briefing and make any necessary corrections
Be responsible for KPIs and performance stats, manage and monitor the activities of all your campaigns and make sure you are delivering strong results and use all our processes, tools and systems in the most efficient way
Monitor & track performance of influencer outputs, delivering a full report at the end of the campaign.
Be responsible for on-time delivery
Ensure optimal communication with internal team and the client all stages of the campaign
Be responsible for the budget management on your running campaigns
Ajust the deliverables on the Influencer contracts for each campaign
Requirements:
Have a deep knowledge of TikTok and understand the influencer landscape, content creation patterns and how the influencers work
Experience in and passion for influencer marketing
Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
Well organized with great time management skills
Excellent problem-solving skills and high levels of accuracy
A structured way of working with excellent attention to detail and an eye for quality content
