INDIAN GOVERNMENT SCHEMES FOR LOANS, SUBSIDIES AND SCHOLARSHIPS FOR FARMERS AND SCHOOL AND COLLEGE STUDENTS

I want someone do a thorough study and come out with a list of all the present INDIAN GOVERMENT SCHEMES that help farmers to get loans and subsidies on the one hand that help school and college students to get scholarships and loans on the other hand.
