Independent Contractor Website Programmer

I run 4 different entertainment directory websites. Three of which are on the same WordPress – Listify theme (extremely customized). One of which is a t shirt shop wordpress site. Looking for an hourly programmer to take over fixes & upgrades on the 4 site(s). These sites have been extremely customized over the years by a single programmer. I need someone who is highly skilled and a quick learner in understanding the code on these sites and how to do fixes and upgrades in the coding.
