Improve the Python network code to make it work

Hello , please see the File. The following code establishes a connection to a web server (line 5) I now want the web server of line 5 to call the web page ifconfig.me (line 11) and show me the IP address of the web server of line 5. A DNS query should not be performed. I want to make the way over ifconfig.me. Please make me an offer if you can execute this code.
