Improve Search button on Symfony website.

My developer made a button to search recors on database but this search is very slow. Around 30 seconds or more, and sometimes shows error, but really are not much records, perhaps around 100 or less.
I will send you the site files and database and, if you can do on local server, then i will hire you to fix on real server.
