import items to WooCommerce using csv or XML

I want 6000+ items imported to https://www.49an.com.au/ I want the finished items to be as close to the 3 I did manually. Here are the issues I had there are 2 categories I need each item to have both both ‘sex toys’ and also ‘brand’ I also want the categories added to woocommerce so when I add stock to an item both categories are shown.

I tried a couple of times myself but it did not work now it says there are more items than there are so the database may have to be cleaned before starting. I could not get the XML file to work only the CSV but I do not have your experience

So when it is finished every item will be added to the site but not show until I add stock to that item when I add stock the item will show and also will the 2 categories it is in (if they was not showing before) I hope this is clear please send any questions if I am unclear.
