IMPLEMENT SOCIAL MEDIA IMAGE SHARE – ANGULAR PROJECT

I have existing project with angular tech.
I have two buttons each for facebook and twitter so when user click on facebook button – it is already sharing page link and title , I need to share the image( Already placed on that page ) too.
This is to be done on single page.
