Implement new menu on Shopify site, put all 5000 products in correct categories

I have a Shopify site. I want a new menu putting into the site, to make it easier to navigate the site.

This needs to look perfect, and be done to an extremely high standard.

I then want you to ensure every single product is put in the correct category. There is around 5000 products.
