Implement ESP32 to act as a USB Host on IDF

I am looking for an experienced ESP32 engineer to implement it as a USB host on IDF. look at the link – https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/connectivity/usb. i need to have an ESP32 device work as a usb host and power up + communicate with an android mobile. our team would develop a custom android application to test this feature. Freelancer would only be responsible for the device side development. this would only be a poc. so developing this even on a esp32 demo board would be sufficient.
