Illustrator For Children's Book

I’m looking for an extremely creative illustrator with experience to draw illustrations for my first children’s book,. A work sample featuring African/Black/Hispanic/white characters is highly encouraged.
This job is for 21 illustrations. I have made the illustrations already using online software. I want the illustrations I have to be inspiration however, I want the final illustrations to show your creativity. The first milestone will be a paid character sketch to be sure you are the best person for the job. ​

Please note that this is a work for hire and I will own all rights to the illustrations. ​

Final images must be provided as follows:​
– In a single high resolution PDF file at size
(300dpi or above) ​
– Individually in .jpg or .psd file format ​
– I prefer to also receive the high res final line art of each image before they are colored ​
