I want a resume / CV building website. My customer will fill a form, and I need formatted PDF out put

The cv form will be for beginner, intermediate and expert.
This is a digital product, as my customer will fill the form, pay for it then the product / cv should be mailed or available for download.
Platform prefered is shopify
