I need to translate notes to my deceased grandmother

Old book that my grandmother received from relatives or friends after1945 that I would like translated from GERMAN to ENGLISH to help me further understand her life before coming to the US. There are about 4 pages of handwritten notes – I had them blown up as it has very small writing. Files to follow
