I need someone who can make my ideas into a a soft enamel pin design

im in the process of getting designs for my third hat pin drop. I would like to turn this photo into a “peaker” design one hand looking l ike it holding on to something and the other holding his ray gun (photo number 2 for example) but also with a fitted cap on him including an Astros logo. ( photo number 3 for example.) I would like to keep him and his ray gun the same color but I would like to make the fitted cap black with a red Astros logo (4th picture for logo reference) if you could cook up a different color scheme that would look better than my idea please feel free to send it my way ( I’m not that creative).
