I need someone to design me a series of 15 second adverts for youtube advertising/ proggrammatic display

The message we would like to share is simple: “Food Problem? Think FoodTruths”
Using a mix of stock footage is fine, our audience is New Zealand based and so references to NZ are beneficial.
We have an online web-app (at foodtruths.org) the aim of this campaign is to ask people to report food issues to us, whether they find something in their food or if something makes them sick, they can go to our web-app and make a report fast and easy. It is a free service, we help the reporter with their issue/ pass on the info to the people who can resolve the problem.
