i need someone can help me with my page

My add said that I need a web designer.
I need someone who can get me a name.
I need someone who I can put onto their space so I do not have to do all that.
I need a live chat and also a chat room.
I need a blog page.
I need a page for mental health.
I need profile pages so if someone joins the site they can make their own profile.
I need a good looking front page to where I can make myself look good as well.
I need a calendar on the site where they can make appointments with me and book in themselves.
Also I need a poll on the site to where I can change the questions daily.

After that I need someone who can market this out.

Can you please go through the list and make sure you can do all this please.
