I need Junior developer for long term

Hi everyone.
I need junior developer who can work with me for long time.
You should be able to work on the several projects at the same time.
The major skills are PHP and its frameworks with HTML, CSS , and Javascript.
Good communication is a key. I want to communicate with the dev real timely.
My preferred hourly rate is $5 and weekly payment will be $150~200.
This is long term position. After a few projects, I am willing to increase the rate and salary.
