I need help to deploy a project in Python using Flask in Heroku

I need help to deploy a project in Python using flask as an API request. I need to deploy in the Heroku account so the request needs to work correctly with all my libraries. It based on a Selenium test. Another step of the code is to download a file and save in a Google drive directory, it works well at localhost but not in Heroku.
