I need help, making a vba script, Data entry, Excel Expert.

making a VBA script that looks for a matching point, from column B, in column A, and plots a line in civil 3d, from the point that was used to make the search to the point the has the match. I have some sample working code, that I will share, when I award the project. I have some code that is giving me an out of range error, but it would be best to start with the working code, instead of trying to fix my code.
