I need facebook and Instagram ads

I have had insta and facebook ads created last October and would like to fine someone who can reactivate them as well as someone to make a new set of ads for a new online birth preparation program and activate these.

I know how it all works as have done before. Need someone to monitor, create look alike audiences etc etc

My goal is sales of my program so need expereinced person who understands how to navigate FB and Insta marketing with all the chnages on these platforms.
