I need an illustrator for a fantasy book

Depending on the charge for such a project, I would pay for a painted illustration every 1-2 months. I’m very patient with delays as I do not wish the artist to rush. I am looking for quality paintings on at least the same level(and style) as the illustration given here. I will pay up to $300, perhaps more if the artist is gifted enough. Thank you for your time.
