I need an engineer

My name is Aziz Larbaoui. We are installing a 20’x51′ manufactured home that will need to “10’x20′ self supporting porch/entry deck with railing”. The deck will be built at: 4320 Kyle Dr Wellington, NV 89444 (Douglas County). We need engineering drawings for the “10’x20′ self supporting porch/entry deck with railing”. Please see attached elevation drawings and manufactured home floor plan. Engineer must but be licensed in Nevada.
