I need an electronics expert that understands relays
Project detail
We install panic rooms, hidden doors, etc. We currently utilize a battery backup system feeding a 12v DC MagLock Circuit, and a 24v DC Circuit for the electric strike. We utilize an Altronix model number AL-624 relay to power the silent 24v DC electric strike. We have recently found a 12v DC Single Pole proximity switch – Touch On/Touch Off – that can be hidden behind a non conductive material. We need for someone to incorporate perhaps two relays – one N/O, and one N/C with a half second time delay to operate both the maglock and the electric strike. The 12v DC maglock N/C circuit must release .5 second before the 24v DC N/O electric strike – both from the hidden proximity switch if possible. Without relays, we currently utilize two hidden reed switches to perform this function. One N/C reed switch when activated opens the circuit to the maglock – and the other reed switch when activated closes the 24v DC N/O circuit to the door strike. The maximum load to allow for would be 2amps which is the 12v DC maglock side. Powered by a 120v AC to 12v DC transformer
