I need a YouTube clone script

I need a script that does almost everything YouTube can do. I don’t need live streaming, but users need to be able to upload multiple large vid files at once (and import direct from YouTube channels and playlists), create channel and playlists and organize them, rate and comment on vids, subscribe to other channels, pay for ad-free experience (like YouTube Red), etc.

I need an intuitive admin area that allows me to add video ads (VAST), banner ads, etc.; create vid categories, etc. All files will be stored on Wasabi and/or Doodstream. This includes videos, gifs, thumbnails, etc.

I am happy to use a script you already have tjat you can asily adapt to my meeds or you can create. I have a server ready.
