I need a website frontend to be recreated

You can use Angular, Vue or React but it should be creative. I don’t have design as well so if you need one, you’ll have to create one first and get it approved from me. You can set total budget for all of that in your prposal

I have a courier service website that delivers local packages and is not mobile responsive at all.
I am attaching screenshots and information. The website has some issues to be fixed so that’s why I have decided to recreate it.
please add courier word in start of your proposal so I can get an idea that you have gone through my description properly.
