I need a web developer for HTML, CSS, JS, PHP, and MySQL

I have started a company called MyDokimi that is a website for student learning tools. I know a good amount of web dev knowledge myself, but I need a better JS dev for my project. The actual tools are fairly simple and should be quick work for an experienced JS developer.
