I need a virtual assistant

I need a VA to assist with recruitment and following up with potential job applicants. Need to hire 2-3 individuals for a group home facility. My VA needs to call and f/u with potential interested individuals and schedule apts with directors for interview. The right fit will need to call all kinds of potential leads and assist with lead conversion. Currently outlets being used and needing consistent F/U are Indeed.
