I need a software architect to create wire-frame of my website/app/software.

I’m looking forward to a software architect who can make a wireframe/blueprint of my program. so that my developer can easily work over it. I’m making it in a 3 module.
1. for users
2. for provider
3. for admin
above 3 modules need to be in the form of mobile application and website.
