I need a script for tradingview.com

Using pine script, I need an indicator that draws multiple horizontal lines according to many inputs:
1) 1 x Drop list (Up & Down) involved in equations [to be shown on horizontal line]
2) 1 x Drop list (Time frames x 14) [to be shown on horizontal line]
3) 2 x Price Entry Fields
4) 1x Drop List (x14 Choices [Decimals]
5) Horizontal line customization (Color, Weight, Transparency, Text alignment and size)
