I need a PPC/ SEM/ SEO Expert

I’m looking for someone who can help me grow conversions for my business long term. This expert will manage my Microsoft and Google PPC accounts, plus help my websites rank higher than they are currently with search engines. My aim is at least 10-15 conversions per day.
