I need a photo editor

I have a few photos that I would like to combine / retouch / improve that will be used for a dating profile in order to produce between 4 to 6 pictures. I need a photoshop user expert in pictures for dating apps.
I tried doing it myself but the resulting picture looks unnatural, too dark or with various imperfections that would need to be fixed.
Please give me your fee for the full job or per picture.
