i need a goggle doc expert

I am looing to create document spreadsheet for purchase order numbers with a link for my phone that is live, with ascending numbers. So the run down is we set the job designator and the letter for the person buying and the number go up from 01.

so for example Mitchell Melbourne with Todd buying would be MM.T01, again this needs to be tied to a doc in goggle docs so the office can open it and see all the po’s per job at any time. And it needs to be something where we can keep adding pages because we may have 20 jobs and 4-5 buyers. I would be ok if it was set where the job prefix was set in the beginning and the numbers were automatic and we had to enter the buyer prefix. So that way everyone could use the same sheet.

Has to assessable via smart phone and computer. open to ideas for sure
