I need a digital logo.

I’m looking for someone who knows how to make a logo. I have the design and did a crude version of it. Now I need someone who knows adobe (or similar) to make a professional version of it.

I would like the graphics files in order to be able to make shirts and merchandise.
**** The bird in the picture is a raven
**** The wave is from the japanese picture The Great Wave. Obviously, it’s meant as a guide. I don’t really want to steal that.
***** the circle is a buddhist symbol. It is meant to look like ink calligraphy.

In Zen Buddhism, ensō is a sacred symbol often referred to as “The Circle of Enlightenment.” It is a circle that is hand-drawn in one or two brushstrokes to express a moment when the mind is free to let the body create. Some artists draw ensō as an open circle, while others complete the circle.

If you know how to make an svg or animation that would be perfect too. Drawing the symbol and then having the inner picture fade in. That’s secondary though. I’d be happy with the pictures and my budget isn’t high so I can pay to get the animation done at a later date.
