I need a bid writer

We are a company of three creative people a videographer, photographer and writer/journalist and are interested in bidding for tenders on the tenders website in Ireland. We are creative people and are the first to say that we have no experience of filling in the forms required, we have tried a couple of times but felt completely overwhelmed and have not been successful. We need to find people who have experience of filling in the forms.
