Mother at home always trying to fill the gap because father not around and this is stressing her out.

Father is also upset because he is away from family and would like to come home but boss not allowing

Father calls home and girl answers, she starts crying because she misses her father so much

Father decides to talk to boss either to quit or take time off to see his family.

Boss decides to give father 2 weeks off to see family.
