I have two wordpress sites that are 99.99% done, I just need someone to manage them to make sure they work nicly.

I have two projects that are 99.99% finished and I would like to launch them immediately. Im looking for someone that can help manage the grand opening of both sites so that payments, refunds, customer service and errors are handled with no problems. Im nervous in launching and not being being to handle basic things and dont want to upset any customers.

I need to make sure payments works, orders are sent to the right email and also muting alerts.
If anyone has the ability to help me out please let me know.
