I am looking for Tecdoc CSV + possible updates in the future.

I am looking for a freelancer who can provide me with the latest version of Tecdoc in CSV format + a way to do updates every 6 months or so without re purchasing the whole thing.
The job will involve creating a standard Tecdoc CSV file which I am planning to intergrate it with opencart so if there is like modules related that can be offered I would definately check them out.

The ideal candidate for this job will have experience working with Tecdoc and will be able to deliver the project within a reasonable timeframe.
