I am looking for a minecraft developer.

I am looking for someone to code me a custom client with a launcher for it, and a website that has a store with it. So anyone can buy like, Hats, Emotes, etc. I would also like on the client to have a automatic server already there (which is mine) and people can delete it but they can add there own, they should be able to add their own custom mods that they would like to play with. (there should be some mods already put together in the client) Client version should be “1.8.9 through 1.18.1) there should be a version tab where you can change the version.
