html/CSS theory expert needed

I am looking for a HTML/CSS theory expert who can assist me with basic HTML tags and syntax as well as CSS styling and selectors. I need help for a duration of 2 hours.

I have some questions and would prefer to receive live assistance. No existing code needs to be debugged.

I am flexible with the deadline and can work within 24 to 48 hours. However, I would like to know if you can pass the HackerRank CSS test beforehand.
